 - Lift the plastic caps on the top of the Tenseloid ampoule and Claria ampoule to open them.
 - After removing the cap, aligh the ampoule so that the opening area o the rubber stopper is visivle.
 - Lift the cap o the syringe container upward to open it.
 - Insert the syringe vertically into the center of the rubber stopper of the Tenseloid ampoule.
 - After inserting the syringe into the ampoule, hold it firmly in place and pull the plunger to draw 2ml.
 - Insert the Tenseloid ampoule in the syringe vertically into the Claria vial, then shake it up and down to mix evenly.
 - After applying the mixed ampoule to the skin, use a dermaroller to help it absorb thoroughly.
 - Take an appropriate amount of the Tenseloid cream and gently apply it evenly over the entire face to finish.
